Strategic Account Manager: Agents and Casting

In this role you will be Spotlight’s expert in all matters relating to casting: both within Spotlight and across the external market.

Working with senior colleagues you will own the vision and strategy for how we interact with casting professionals, agents and other industry partners.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to generate new relationships with casting professionals and agents both in the UK and overseas, whilst also ensuring existing relationships are maintained and improved wherever possible.

If you have a background within the casting/agent space, are a strong relationship builder who excels when out and about meeting people, and most importantly want to play a leading role within an industry-leading business, get in touch!
