We need a dynamic new recruit who will support our Account Management team to ensure Spotlight delivers the best possible service to our casting and agent customers. As part of the Spotlight membership team you will help to increase customer retention and recruitment year on year. You will be a main point of contact for all day-to-day agent/casting activities, queries and issues; ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. You will plan and coordinate day-to-day activity and monitor administration of the service for these groups.
Ideally you’ll have some knowledge of the casting industry and our target audience; excellent customer service skills; a friendly, enthusiastic attitude; and a passion for the entertainment industry. You will have good interpersonal and team skills alongside excellent organisational skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
