We need a dynamic new recruit who will ensure that our agent and casting customers receive the best possible service from Spotlight. You’ll support these groups throughout their lifetime as Spotlight customers and make sure we meet their evolving and changing needs.
As a ‘face’ of Spotlight, you’ll be one of our most important brand ambassadors, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers and other industry partners.
You’ll engage with agents and casting professionals and champion their requirements internally, and provide feedback and insight to drive innovations and improvements to the services we offer. You will vet and on-board new clients, and help to generate and nurture relationships in new markets and territories.
